ADMISSION CRITERIA

The criteria for admission to a home owned and operated by CILA Corporation is dependent upon meeting the requirements established by the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS). These requirements are in accordance with guidelines established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), a division within the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

Eligibility requirements include a pre-admission screening by an independent case coordination agency to determine that the individual seeking services has a developmental disability and needs the level of care we provide. The State of Illinois contracts with local service coordination agencies across the state to conduct pre-admission screenings. To find your local PAS agency, check the web site for Illinois Department of Human Services at http://www.dd.illinois.gov/.
